Happy New Year, Everyone!
Sorry I took so long getting back to you all... I've been busy, and to top it off, sick as a dog from some jerk at the Government Liquor Board Store that was working there on the same day we were there buying liquor for the holidays. The fool turned around and sneezed a bunch of germs at us just as we were taking our turn at the till to pay for our goods...
What a turkey... Anyhoo, Christmas was great, we had a fantastic Christmas this year: We actually got to eat our turkey dinner on the 25th this year when we're supposed to... I got all the stuff I wanted for Christmas, so I'm Happy.
On the down side, my mom's big sister is dying from having had a stroke, or Alzheimer's... It's very depressing, trust me. I can't watch...
My Dad's niece has cancer and is in treatment for it... That's depressing, too.
That's enough depression... What about you folks?

Glad you had a good Christmas, but sorry to here about the illnesses in your family.

It can be depressing. My mum's cousin died just recently after having Alzheimer's for a few years. It's a sad thing to watch.

With some of these things in life there isn't a lot you can do...which is frustrating. Best thing to do is live life in the moment, make the best of every day and try to share as much help and love every day as you can.

I understand about being "sneezed on" at the moment...lol. The little fella I look after sneezed on me the other day, and I've just spent the last 24 hours going through a box of tissues and feeling sorry for myself

But its' a New Year....all ready to be written on.....and it will be what we make of it....so sending you happy positive vibes Krypto and hope that 2009 is the best year ever for you.
